You will lead a team of 15-20 Store Managers, driving performance across multiple retail locations, focusing on improving store sales, enhancing the customer experience, and achieving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach Store Managers to boost sales, reduce wastage, and enhance customer satisfaction across your network of stores.
• Analyze P&L performance and implement targeted strategies to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage fuel loss reporting, compliance, and safety procedures to ensure operational integrity across all stores.
• Foster a positive and high-performing team culture with a focus on growth, customer experience, and engagement.
• Utilize data and insights to develop and execute local marketing strategies, responding to competitor activity and market trends.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in retail management, with strong expertise in P&L management and operational processes.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a demonstrated track record of developing and coaching high-performing teams.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and use data to optimize performance and improve customer experience.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a focus on execution and accountability.
• Ability to manage multiple departments under pressure, ensuring organizational and time management excellence.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience managing franchise or company-operated retail sites.
• Strong commercial acumen, with a focus on driving store performance and profitability.
• A customer-centric mindset with a passion for developing teams and delivering exceptional service.
• Background in managing diverse retail environments or large teams (e.g. Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, or similar).
