About the role:

 

This role presents a great opportunity to support our National Commercial, Card and Inside Sales team in selling company’s fuel, card, energy and lubricants to our customers.

 

Provide consistency in areas of reporting, salesforce adoption and coordinating meetings with Senior stakeholders. To identify, lead projects and drive forward continuous improvement initiatives.

 

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Customer reporting including prospecting, identifying margin improvement.
  • Bid/Tender
  • Customer onboarding
  • Identify continuous improvement in sales processes and salesforce adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Assist in new recruit onboarding.
  • Coordinate events and conferences.

 

 

About you:  

 

You have proven experience in a similar role. Your high level of interpersonal, strong relationship skills and communication skills (both written and verbal) will thrive in this role. You have a continuous improvement mindset and high level of organisational and prioritising skills. 

 

 

Skills and experience:

 

  • Previous experience in Sales support training, Sales and/or Customer service training
  • Good sound knowledge of budgets, sale metrics, reports and contract terms and conditions
  • SAP and/or Salesforce experience is desirable
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • High attention to detail
