About the role
In this role, you will Lead the delivery of the consolidated Group Management Reporting for actual, forecast, budget. This includes the consolidated profit and loss (HCOP and RCOP), cash flow and balance sheet (including working capital).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the compilation of timely and accurate management financial reporting for monthly actual and forecast, including profit and loss (HCOP and RCOP), cash flow and balance sheet (including working capital).
- Drive the transformation of the Group Consolidation process from excel to OneStream (OS).
- Lead the Management Reporting team and support the development of OS expertise and knowledge of management reporting areas.
- Oversee the preparation of the Monthly Group management report. Partner with the business to finalise the Consolidation.
- Coordinate and control the Month end close ensuring deadlines are met and OS workflows are completed.
About you
Our ideal candidate will have strong consolidation experience within an ASX environment. You will also have proven leadership experience in a finance function. You will have used the SAP system and are confident in making improvements. Experience with using Onestream is highly desirable.
Key skills and experience
- CA/CPA qualified (CA preferred)
- Extensive experience in a finance-based role in a large ASX organisation
- Working experience with financial information processing systems/applications
- Proven experience leading financial reporting teams
- Experience in the preparation and delivery of formal reports and papers
- Experience working in a cross functional capacity to drive data integrity
- Experience with using Onestream (OS) is highly desirable.
