About the Role

The Distribution Network Lead acts as the central point of coordination for the onboarding and ongoing management of third-party Embedded Network Operators (ENOs) to support the deployment of EV chargers at destination sites. This role ensures the smooth execution of end-to-end processes, including contract management, billing, performance monitoring, and internal governance. You will work closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure all commercial, operational, and technical requirements are met. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong relationship management skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and management of Embedded Network Operators (ENOs) for EV charger deployments
  • Execute and manage contractual agreements with new ENOs
  • Oversee ongoing contract and relationship management, including renewals and charging reviews
  • Administer billing processes, including invoice validation and reconciliation
  • Develop and manage internal governance processes and monitor network performance metrics

 

About you

You are a commercially driven professional with a solid track record in managing third-party relationships within complex operational environments. With proven expertise in contract execution, governance, and billing processes, you bring both structure and adaptability to meet evolving business needs. Confident in navigating commercial negotiations, you excel in stakeholder-facing roles where building strong relationships is essential. Your deep understanding of the energy sector, combined with strong organisational and analytical skills, enables you to balance detailed execution with strategic thinking effectively.

 

Key Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience onboarding and managing third-party relationships, including contract execution and ongoing management, preferably within the energy markets sector, energy retail, or property management
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build effective partnerships with external stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of accounting, contract administration, and internal governance processes
  • Commercially astute with hands-on experience in contract negotiation and execution
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, commerce, engineering or equivalent experience
