About the role
We’re looking for a proactive Document & Standards Coordinator to join our Energy Solutions Technical Services team. In this role, you'll ensure that all standards, documents, and systems are effectively managed and current, providing vital support to the ongoing projects.
Key responsibilities include making sure all documentation and standards are accessible to both internal and external stakeholders and coordinating essential communications related to changes in standards, processes, and document management systems.
This role is integral to maintaining streamlined, accessible document and library systems across the team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all Asset Operations standards, documents and processes systems
- Creation and implementation of ISO Document management system
- Maintain document library systems such as Autodesk Vault & SharePoint
- Manage the communication of updates to standards, systems & processes
- Create content and work alongside SME’s to continuously develop Energy Solutions standards.

We are looking for candidates with comprehensive knowledge in the development of SharePoint document systems and processes in an ISO 9001 environment.
The vacancy is open to applications from candidates in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane.
Key skills and experience
- Qualification in Business or Administration or related
- Advanced experience and working knowledge in SharePoint document management systems
- Advanced Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel), Autodesk Vault or SAP, LMS, Doc Approval, DMS, LPS
- Knowledge and experience in development of document systems and continuous improvement processes
- Personal commitment to on-going learning and development
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and time management skills
