About the role

 

We’re looking for a proactive Document & Standards Coordinator to join our Energy Solutions Technical Services team. You’ll manage and maintain standards, documents, and systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to both internal and external stakeholders. You’ll also coordinate communications on updates to standards, processes, and document management systems, supporting ongoing projects and ensuring smooth document control across the team.

This role is integral to maintaining streamlined, accessible document and library systems across the team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organisation.

 

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Manage the lifecycle of all Asset Operations standards, documents, and process systems
  • Create and implement a  ISO Document Management System
  • Maintain document library systems such as SharePoint
  • Manage communication of updates to standards, systems, and processes
  • Create content and collaborate with SMEs to continuously develop Energy Solutions standards 
  • This role will ensure the efficient management and continual improvement of all document and standards systems, providing essential support to our Energy Solutions Technical Services team.

We are looking for candidates with comprehensive knowledge in the development of SharePoint document systems and processes within an ISO 9001 environment.

 

The vacancy is open to applications from candidates in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane.

 

 

Key skills and experience

 

  • Extensive experience and working knowledge of SharePoint, including team and communication site development, and library structures
  • Proficient experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Knowledge and experience in the development and maintenance of document management systems and processes in an ISO 9001 environment
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and other Ampol internal systems such as SAP, LMS, Doc Approval, DMS, LPS
  • Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, time management, and a commitment to continuous improvement and ongoing learning and development
  • Qualification in Business, Administration, or a related field highly regarded
