About the role
This is a newly created role for a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team.
You will be responsible for developing and executing targeted email marketing campaigns to engage and retain our audience. You will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, increasing customer loyalty and continuing to the overall marketing strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Build, manage, and execute engaging email marketing campaigns across audiences
- Oversee and review email campaigns to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines
- Set up and manage email automation workflows and leverage personalisation techniques to enhance customer engagement
- Ensure cleanliness and accuracy of email lists, unsubscribes, and maintain compliance with current privacy legislation at all times.
- Monitor key performance metrics, analyse and regularly report back trends and insights to Campaign team & Senior Management
- Support the team with troubleshooting email campaign issues and resolving technical challenges related to deliverability, data integrity, and integration.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be highly skilled in data segmentation and data management, with a strong attention to detail. You will have a strong focus on stakeholder communication with a passion for optimising the customer lifecycle and retention.
Key skills and experience
- A tertiary qualification (Marketing or similar) and technical marketing experience
- Experience with Adobe Campaign for email creation, managing email workflows, automation and data management.
- Experience working with email data flows, CRM systems, and understanding of technical integrations.
- Proficient with AB testing, dynamic content and automated workflows
- Experience with troubleshooting email campaign issues and resolving technical challenges related to deliverability, data integrity, and integration.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
