About the role

 

Due to a newly created Executive position we are now seeking a full-time Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Executive of Technology, Digital and Data, playing a pivotal role in our growth and transformation. 

  

Based in Alexandria we embrace flexibility with a hybrid environment blending office presence with remote work. Working for a ASX listed organisation, going through transformation will bring interesting work and exposure, the breadth and scope of this role can be taken as far and wide as the successful applicant would like. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Proactive calendar, email and stakeholder management including flagging high priorities
  • Prepare documentation like board packs, power point presentations and meeting agendas
  • Organisation of internal and external meetings, workshops, events for the function
  • Organise and manage travel arrangements for and support with travel expense management and purchase order requests (Concur and SAP platforms).
  • Support of the broader senior leadership teams with key projects or coordination as required.  

 

About you

 

You are passionate about your role as an Executive Assistant with a knack for prioritising and anticipating C-Suite Leaders requirements. You will have the drive to collaborate and actively seek out opportunities to support the broader senior leadership team or support on projects. Additionally, you will be someone enjoys using both technology and your network to streamline processes and make things happen.

 

Key skills and experience:

 

  • Proven track record supporting C-suite executives, preferably in a large complex organisation.  
  • Experience working in a publicly listed company.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office,
