About the role

 

In this newly created role, you will support the design, delivery and ongoing maintenance post go-live of the recently selected Group EPM tool, OneStream which is going through implementation. In addition, the role will be the owner of some elements of SAP metadata and controls maintenance. 

 

The key to success for this role is to schedule and supervise maintenance activities on the OneStream environment in order to achieve high reliability and asset uptime as well as assisting the Finance teams across the business with updates and changes to OneStream and specific SAP areas.

 

 Key responsibilities:

 

  • Seek information and document functional business processes and requirements, including building and maintaining metadata, dashboards, cube views, forms, rules, workflows, and connectors
  • Train and assist end-users with system functionality, new features, process improvements and troubleshooting
  • Assist the business with close and consolidations
  • Manage all aspects of OneStream version and module upgrades/additions, including research, design, setup and test financial systems for enhancements and upgrades or initial implementation
  • Serve as a liaison between the Accounting/Finance function and IT who understands the business and technical side of projects

 

About you:

 

You will bring a strong technical understanding of Onestream. As someone with strong attention to detail, you will ensure the system is regularly maintained and updated as required. You will be able to communicate will with the business and understand pain points and seek to resolve any issues.

 

Key skills and experience:

 

  • Bachelors degree required; concentration in Finance field desirable
  • Extensive experience in accounting/financial consolidation system experience, some OneStream experience would be favourable but not essential
  • Technical knowledge or experience with solid understanding of accounting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of a broad range of financial functions, procedures, and processes
  • Prior responsibility for the successful delivery of a range of system upgrades, integrations, and implementations
