About the role:
The digital team create and deliver the digital experience of Ampol Group's brands to power better journeys for our customers. We unify customer experience across physical and digital channels, build and deliver products where technology meets our customers – web, retail, and app.
In this role you will be gathering/validating requirements with the business for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and our CDP. You will build and deliver marketing automation solutions that support the Group loyalty strategy.
You’ll take us further by:
- Carry out business analysis to understand the 'current state' and how we can scale for new enhancements and solutions, in addition, you will manage the system architecture and data model across the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform as well as detail a roadmap for future enhancements.
- Plan and coordinate testing and inspection of products and processes, implement corrective actions or continuous improvement initiatives and monitor them to make sure they are effective.
- Consult and educate stakeholders on methods for streamlining and standardizing data capture to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Work with stakeholders to build automation, and communicate best practice
- Conduct testing of new products/services to assess against defined features, functionality, and/or impact
We’d love it if you have:
- Demonstrated experience with "big picture" Marketing Automation solution design, with multiple integrated systems.
- Familiarity/Experience with HTML, CSS, and AmpScript
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
- Strong stakeholder management experience and comfortable acting as the escalation point
- Collaboration with Marketing and Loyalty Teams: Proven experience working closely with marketing and loyalty teams to develop and implement integrated marketing automation strategies. Ability to understand and translate marketing requirements into technical solutions.
- An understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and experience partnering with Product, Engineering and Data Teams
- An understanding of Product Management: with experience managing and developing/enhancing Martech products, including impact measurement and performance analysis
