About the role
The People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator works within a centralised People HR team, providing advice and information to managers, employees and candidates across all departments within the organisation. The People Hub team is the initial point of contact for P&C queries.
As a P&C Coordinator, you will provide a range of services and advice that span across HR & payroll queries/processes, payroll, training and recruitment coordination, reward, recognition and benefits program support and database management.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the initial point of contact for queries through inbox and/or phone, including triaging and allocation of queries across People Hub team
- Provide advice, clarification and support to managers and employees
- Support the broader People & Culture team in managing their process to alleviate volume
- Manage compliance required with internal case tracker and candidate management systems
- Suggest improvements to People Hub processes, procedures and systems, including self-service content
- Work collaboratively to ensure seamless service delivery across the P&C Group and business
About you
You will be a customer centric individual who thrives in fast paced environment. You will have experience in systems, compliance, coordination and administration. You will have a continuous improvement mentality and enjoy linking in with relevant stakeholders to improve processes.
Key skills and experience:
- Experience within P&C, Recruitment or Payroll at an Administrator or Coordinator level
- Experience with high volume P&C or Payroll transactional environment
- Experience with understanding and interpreting basic HR policies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer focus
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in written and numerical skills
- Intermediate – Advanced Microsoft Office skills and proficient in navigating web based systems
