About the role

 

The role oversees the retail Tenancy Portfolio to ensure that we are accurately collecting rent from our tenants. It is the point of contact for all tenancy administration enquiries including escalation of rent, recovering outgoings and supports the Property Managers in ensuring the sub leases and licences are adhered to.

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Manage property payments, rentals, royalties and outgoings in accordance with contracts
  • Prepare, oversee and verify property payments within SAP Real Estate
  • Verify on-charges according to 3rd party agreements and tenancy agreements and ensure appropriate recovery
  • Review and payment of outgoings, utilities and council rates.
  • Assisting with all aspects of the property portfolio, including the collection of rents and other income, undertaking rent reviews, responding to council notices, working with internal teams to ensure the efficient operation of the network and any other related matters
  • Record land valuations in SAP RE in a timely manner and support lodgement of objections where required
  • Ensure Certificates of Title and Lease documents are imaged and securely stored
  • Provide property related services to support the Property Portfolio Manager

 

About you:

 

Our ideal candidate will have the ability to coordinate multiple and conflicting priorities by communicating well to internal and external stakeholders. Excellent data management skills including the use of internal record keeping systems. In addition, the right person will be able to take initiative to find solutions and information.  

 

Key skills and experience

 

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role in lease administration or coordination
  • High level of PC literacy including the Microsoft suite and SharePoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Confident in lease interpretation and management
  • Experience with SAP RE is beneficial
