About the role:

 

Reporting to the National Manager Property Portfolio, the Property Coordinator and Reporting Analyst will primarily support the Property Team in administering the property portfolio for the infrastructure business. This includes owned, leased and licensed properties and pipelines. You will have accountability in ensuring the information are maintained in databases and system records in SAP, generating smart reports to monitor property portfolio performance and costs.

 

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure all contract information are maintained in SAP
  • Provide assistance in processing of rent, lease, tax and other billing matters
  • Verification of invoices
  • Calculation of rent reviews
  • Ensure timely payment
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Design, build and maintain property reports and dashboards
  • Ensure Ampol meets lease compliance obligations

 

 

About you:

 

You have proven skills and experience in Property Administration. Your high attention to detail, strong administrative skills and proficiency in using SAP, MS office and Power BI will help you thrive in this role.

You are self-motivated and have a ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to demonstrate good problem solving skills.

  

 

Key skills and experience:

 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce or Finance related discipline
  • Previous experience in a support or reporting role within Property administration
  • Experience in managing systems and reporting
  • Advance computer literacy skills (MS Office & Power BI)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
