About the role:

Reporting to the National Operations Support Manager, the Support Officer is primarily responsible for managing and performing stock processing transactions and timesheet entry for the Depot Operations. Perform internal account and fuel stock reconciliations and other adhoc administration tasks.


Key responsibilities:

  • Understanding Driver Enterprise Agreements
  • Liaising with Payroll to ensure employees are paid correctly
  • Process the daily fuel deliveries to company operated sites and customers
  • Generate & process company operated site fuel inventory reconciliations
  • Support with customer pricing & freight rate setup
  • Reconciliation of intercompany accounts and payments


About you:

You are a team player with a positive attitude and have previous experience in a similar role.

You have excellent problem solving skills. Key stakeholders will be varied across our internal and external operations and we are looking for someone who can foster relationships and put customer service truly at the heart of what we do.


Key skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in Reconciliation of payments, transactions & inventory
  • Strong administration background
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
