As the face of our stores, you'll treat each location as your own, driving excellence and creating outstanding one-stop-shop experiences for our customers. About the role:

You will deliver effective and engaging training solutions that build organisational capability and delivers a positive return for the Retail business.

 

Key responsibilities:

 Facilitate operational and behavioural training that engages the audience, meets learning objectives, and enables change

  • Manage the assessment process to meet compliance and accreditation standards
  • Keep appropriate records and management of the Learning Management System
  • Maintain positive relationships with Retail Operations stakeholders
  • Coordinate the training calendar, budget, reporting and action administration tasks
  • Assist in identifying training needs within the network and recommend initiatives 
  • Co-ordinate the logistics of training delivery

 

About you:

 

As an experienced Store Manager in Retail, you will bring a wealth of knowledge to the role and be excited to support the development of Store Managers and assist the regional leader.

 

Key skills and experience:

 

  • Strong business acumen with working knowledge of retail IT systems
  • Strong understanding of retail in-store standards, processes and operation excellence
  • Understanding of retail operational execution principles
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Coaching and training skills
  • Excellent planning and organization skills with the ability to prioritize and manage several competing and or different activities concurrently
  • Desirable – Cert IV in TAE or tertiary qualifications in retail management and/or learning and development
