About the role:

Ampol’s Delivery team acts as strategic enabler to our transformation and our operating model, ensuring we responsibly invest in the right priorities to maximise value, consistently deliver impactful outcomes and align Tech, Digital & Data to Ampol Group’s strategic goals and outcomes.

 

The Transformation Delivery Lead will lead the successful delivery of digital transformation and productivity initiatives, with a focus on improving operational efficiency, accelerating change adoption, and realising tangible benefits across the organisation.

 

 

You’ll take us further by:

 

  • Identify, prioritise, and execute transformation initiatives for TDD that drive operational efficiency and business value.
  • Own the transformation delivery pipeline, from idea intake and backlog prioritization to initiative scoping, delivery and benefits tracking.
  • Translate improvement opportunities, maturity goals and strategic objectives into structured, actionable projects with clear ownership and delivery plans.
  • Develop structured assessment and evaluation processes to transform opera
  • Lead end-to-end initiative delivery including planning, budgeting, stakeholder alignment, governances, resource management, and reporting.
  • Proactively manage dependencies, risks and issues, continuously improve delivery practices, tolls and governance.

 

 

We’d love it if you have:

 

  • Proven experience leading enterprise transformation and productivity initiatives, with strong project management and delivery capability in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong ability to coordinate resources, manage competing priorities, and lead delivery teams and working groups to successful outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of structured delivery methodologies, governance models and benefits realisation approaches.
  • Skilled in managing initiative backlogs, prioritising based on impact and feasibility, and translating strategy into executable plans.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities – capable of producing clear, action-oriented reporting and insights to support decision-making at all levels
  • Familiarity with service design, solution architecture, and change management principles to drive seamless implementation and adoption
