About the role
In this role, you will proactively gather and report on relevant procurement data and information (performance, categories, contracts, supply market, suppliers or orders) to support the procurement team. This includes the provision of high-level, detailed or complex analysis. Provide support to key continuous improvement projects and initiatives relating to the Procurement framework and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and design procurement dashboards, reports and analysis
- Support the Procurement Team and the business with data and analytical activities
- Provide recommendations related to procedures, process and system changes
- Troubleshoot system workflows and processes, recommend and delver solution options
About you
You will be highly analytical and able to produce reporting, dashboards and procedures. You will have the ability to provide technical system support to the broader team and business.
Key skills and experience
- Creating and maintaining dashboards in Microsoft Power BI or tableau and Advanced Microsoft Excel analysis
- Technical system support experience (troubleshooting, issue resolution)
- Previous experience in Procurement or similar based role
- Ability to communicate across all levels in the business with a customer focus
