This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take their leadership experience to the next level. Ideally, you will have experience guiding successful teams in a similar environment (retail, convenience and/or hospitality) and delivering on operational objectives to meet store targets. This is a full-time role, with opportunity to grow in a unique convenience retail space!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Guiding and coaching team members to ensure everyday excellence
  • Putting customer service first, making every interaction personal
  • Driving profitability and minimising costs, expenses, and waste
  • Managing priorities in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment
  • Must have previous management experience & full availability!
