This is a full time position!

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Assessing, diagnosing, and providing accurate recommendations or solutions to customers
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting problems – such as wheel balancing issues, tyre/wheel and rim damage and other wear and tear.
• Performing rotations, pressure checks, wheel balancing, puncture repairs and so forth.
• Providing excellent customer service whilst always maintaining professionalism.
• Adhere to company and industry standards, policies, and procedures.
• Assist, complete, and maintain relevant documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe and tidy work environment for our customers and employees.
• Assist in the Ampol Retail store as required

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in Tyre Fitting
• Good communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• A strong focus on safety and following procedures
• Strong knowledge of various tyre brands, sizes and applications.
• Certificate II in Tyre Fitting
