Store Manager - Horsham

Our Store Managers lead the way, taking ownership with their teams to deliver commercial outcomes, memorable customer experiences and a safe environment for all. You will drive operational excellence, implement our strategy and perfectly execute our retail offering. 

We are currently sourcing for a Store Manager to join our Horsham store. The ideal candidate will have experience leading successful teams, as well as having the capability and skills set to deliver on store objectives and targets. Experience in a similar work environment (retail, convenience and/or hospitality) in a management capacity will be highly regarded. Salary range between $59,900 - $77,100, but will be based on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Leading and coaching team members to ensure everyday excellence 

• Putting customer service first, making every interaction personal 

• Driving profitability and minimising costs, expenses and waste 

• Managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment 

• Must have previous management experience & full availability!
