About the role
You will be an individual who is able to engage and influence leaders in the business in a national role. You will have well developed communication skills and HR strategies to act as a trusted advisor.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with leaders, enabling them to make strategic P&C decisions
- Connect leaders with the P&C Centre of Excellence teams, contextualising information to drive practical and innovative outcomes
- Execute the P&C strategy and key life cycle activities (Performance & Growth, Talent, Culture), aligned to Business Unit plans
- Scope, lead and execute key P&C projects across the business
About you
Proven ability to manage communicate effectively at both a business and technical level ensuring an enhanced user experience. Ensuring timely and effective updates to the system and resolution of issues impacting operations.
Key skills and experience
- Experience in an HR Partnering role, with experience in or exposure to industrial environments
- Ability to quickly develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business
- Demonstrated experience in applying practical yet innovative solutions when managing challenging leaders, managing competing priorities and resolving issues
- Experience within the Oil & Energy or Manufacturing industry will be highly regarded
