About the role:

An exciting opportunity to be part of the Future Fuels Gas Desulfurisation (FFGD) Project Team. 


Based at the Lytton Refinery near Brisbane, you will primarily be responsible for HSSEQ administration coordination, analysis of project HSSEQ data, monitoring of key performance Indicators, preparation of reports and presentations.


The working hours will be flexible but based around a normal working week, Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm.


Key responsibilities:

  • On-going administrative coordination duties, including preparation of daily, weekly, monthly reports and presentations
  • Assist with reformatting of FFGD Project Loss Prevention System (HSSEQ Management System) documents
    Prepare of various reports, presentations and updating project registers 
  • Monitor project KPIs, conduct data analysis and trending of Project LPS
  • Assist with project requirements for regulatory and compliance reporting 


About you: 

You are a team player with a positive attitude, previous demonstrated success of supporting major projects (in similar industry) and working with various Loss Prevention (HSSEQ Management Systems and processes). You have a strong administration and data analysis background with excellent organisational skills. 


Key skills and experience:

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Previous experience in a similar role as an administrator coordinator and data analyst
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Advanced computer and literacy skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

It is advantageous to have previous experience;

  • Supporting major capital projects 
  • Working in a similar environment or major hazards facility.
