Join a leading retail organisation as a Real Estate Development Manager, where you’ll play a key role in expanding and optimising our national network of retail, fuel, and QSR sites. We’re looking for a property professional with strong experience in site acquisition, property development, and retail real estate to drive strategic growth across Victoria and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure New to Industry (NTI) development sites in line with our 5-year property strategy
- Lead the end-to-end development process, from site selection and feasibility through to acquisition, approvals, and delivery
- Drive value through QSR and sub-tenancy leasing opportunities across existing and future sites
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Planning, Legal, Finance, Operations & Construction
- Manage major redevelopment and reinvestment projects within the existing portfolio
- Build relationships with property developers, landlords, local councils, and QSR operators
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in commercial/retail property development or real estate acquisition
- Strong background in lease negotiation, due diligence, and development feasibility
- Sound knowledge of the retail, fuel or QSR sectors highly desirable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Degree qualified in Property, Real Estate, or a related discipline
