Right now, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Boost Juice Store Manager to lead our team of Boosties at Ripley.

 

As the Store Manager, you’ll motivate your crew to deliver top-notch customer service, ensuring everyone leaves with a smile (and maybe a smoothie too).

You’ll also play a vital role in developing your team into Weekend (and Weekday) Warriors.

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Driving sales & profitability
  • Leading from the front – get involved in making our famous smoothies
  • Ensuring our customers have an unforgettable experience
  • Training and developing staff to be the best they can be
  • Creating a fun, vibrant store atmosphere where people love to shop and work

 

What we need from you:

 

  • Proven experience leading teams in quick service restaurants, hospitality or retail environments.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities.
  • High-level presentation, communication, and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving measurable results.
